- Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (max 300 words)
- Keywords (3-5)
- Presentation preference (oral/poster)

- Abstract submission deadline: June 30, 2025
- Notification of acceptance: August 15, 2025
- Early bird registration deadline: September 15, 2025
- Conference dates: October 21-23, 2025
